Sophisticated Caller Interface

Using our virtual PBX phone system, you will receive calls through us via a dedicated connection. You can provide a sophisticated interface to your callers through our virtual attendant. The virtual attendant plays a welcome message and provides a host of options for your callers. Callers can then choose from various options like dial by name, dial by extension, 0 out to live receptionist, or simply leave a recorded message in the voicemail system. Based on the options chosen, your callers will be routed to the right extension.

Receive Business calls even out of office

Our virtual attendant ensures that you receive your business calls irrespective of your physical location. Our auto attendant system come with an advanced form of call routing called follow me call forwarding. Under this system, each phone extension is associated with a list of phone numbers. These numbers may include the cell phone number or residence number of the extension owner. Calls to a particular phone extension will be routed through the predefined list one by one, until someone attends the call. You can thus receive your official calls in your cell phone when you are not in the office. In case, you could not be reached via any of the phone numbers in the list, the virtual attendant routes the calls to the voice mail system. Here, callers can leave a recorded message for you. You will receive your voicemails in your regular email account.
