You can check voice mails through our special web interface.

Our voice mail system works in tandem with a call forwarding technique called follow me call forwarding. You can associate a set of backup phone numbers for any of your business phone numbers. The backup numbers will most probably include your cell phone number or residence number. Calls to a particular phone extension are routed through the list of associated phone numbers in a serial order, until the calls are attended. This system ensures that you receive official calls even if you are outside the office. You cell phone and residence phone will act as remote extensions for your office. Even though this works most of time, there are instances when you have traveled far away and hence out of range. In such a scenario, our web voice mail comes in handy. Calls that could not be personally attended are diverted to the voice mail system, so that callers can leave a message for you.

Our web voice mail service always keeps you update of every new voice mail that has arrived. You will get email notification for new voice mail arrivals, or the actual voice mail itself as an email containing audio file attachment. You can choose to get cell phone notification for the arrival of voicemails into your email account.
