The way this voicemail box works is when the phone rings the specified number of times, say 4, then it rolls over to the voicemail number. This sounds great and all but what happens if you are already on the line and then someone calls? Luckily the forward will work on a busy too that way all of your calls that you can’t answer go to voicemail.
