I wear a few hats here at AccessDirect. I handle two different areas of responsibility during each workday. I'm the technical support on escalation, answering questions about the esoteric bits of programming as well as unraveling complex issues and change requests on our more labyrinthian programs. When a prospective customer wants four levels of menus on their hosted/virtual PBX, with different extensions for escalation at each level, it tends to fall in my lap to program. I also handle the billing for AccessDirect, handling all of our monthly invoices and answering customer questions and addressing their concerns.
