Voicemail with multiple mailboxes

Canadian Non Profit needed Montreal local number with voicemail auto attendant

Challenge:  A Canadian Caller from Quebec called and needed a local number to Montreal so that the Shriners (Non-profit) organization in that part of Canada could have a directory with voice mailboxes.  The members of the Shriners needed an affordable way to check voicemails from people who called in for specific members.

Solution: I gave the caller some local Montreal, Quebec numbers to choose from and I set him up with the AccessDirect DR4 package which enabled them to have up to 25 voice mailboxes.  When someone calls the number, they are given a Dial-By-Name Directory and they can choose which representative they want to choose from.  The Auto-Attendant is also broken into specific categories as well.  Each member has their own distinct extension number that they can put on business cards.

Results: The Shriner organization is very pleased with their solution.  He was so happy to have a company cater to his needs and know exactly what he wanted.  He was thrilled with the free professional recording and he loves that he pays one low monthly fee and has 25 members with voice mailboxes who can be reached at any time with messages delivered via wav.file.
