Working with the office operations manager, the AccessDirect sales consultant customized a solution to handle their unique but easily solved challenges. The manager stressed that the custom menus had to include address and hours of operation, so we created information options, dial by name, three digit extension numbers for staff and transfers to each individual location by location name.

Now all 7 locations have the same professional sounding company greeting. They can transfer calls to managers and to other locations if necessary AND all of the frequently asked locations questions are answered for them!
