Local Numbers - Establish a local presence with call forwarding - business phone numbers

Challenge:  A customer, who was currently living abroad and trying to apply for jobs in the United States,  called Access Direct because he needed local numbers for each of the places he was applying. He had been trying to obtain a local number but  without a home or a residence in the United States it was difficult to do.  He had a US cell phone number with a California area code, but he was applying for jobs in Los Angeles, Dallas, San Diego, and other places.  Also, the positions he applied for were seasonal and he needed to be able to get numbers in different cities often during the year.

Solution: We were happy to inform the customer that we had no problem providing him with numbers in most American and/or Canadian cities and that we even had numbers available for the most remote towns in North America.  He provided us with a list of cities, some specific to the Greater Los Angeles Area, and we were able to provide him a list for each city he requested.  The customer was very happy with the variety of numbers he had to choose from and he decided on three numbers, which we simple forward to his cell phone so it seems as though he owns a cell phone number in whichever city he ‘receives the call.’  Our ‘Direct Executive’ package offered everything and more that the customer wanted at a very reasonable price.

Results: The customer called me with appreciation for our quick customer service and setup.  We had all of his programming completed the same day he requested the numbers.  His first job interview resulted in an offer and he felt the need to call us at AccessDirect and tell us about it.  He was very excited about how easy it was to obtain a virtual number in any US city, and how convenient AccessDirect made it for him to do so, and how the numbers cost as little as $9.95 per month!
