Terms of Service

ACTIVATION OF SERVICE:  The following constitutes the agreement between AccessDirect and the Customer for the services rendered by AccessDirect  in exchange for the above payment. NOTICE OF CANCELLATION:  After the first service period, the Agreement may be terminated by subscriber upon thirty (30) days advance written notice.  LIMITS OF LIABILITY:  AccessDirect shall not be liable for any damage, claim, loss or expenses of any kind or nature, regardless of theory, caused directly or indirectly by the use of AccessDirect's messaging service, any defect therein, any interruption or delay in messaging service due to equipment failure, phone company failure or customer error, or any direct, incidental or consequential damages caused thereby.  BILLING AND PAYMENT TERMS:  Payment in advance are the agreed upon terms with invoices mailed out approximately fifteen (15) days prior to the start of the next service period, payable within fifteen (15) days of receipt.
