Voice Mailbox Captures a standard voicemail message from an incoming caller. Voice-To-Email Notifies you instantly that a voicemail message is waiting for you by sending you an email with the message attached as a .wav file, so you can listen through your computer speakers. Caller ID Capture Know exactly who the caller is on every transferred call, voice message, or fax with this unique caller ID feature. Fax Mailbox Stores all received faxes as an attached .pdf document, allowing you to view, print, save, or forward faxes. Auto-Sensing Fax Automatically detects and receives an incoming fax, on the same phone number as your normal voice line. Fax callers can send a fax, and voice callers get your normal outgoing greeting. Fax-To-Email Emails any incoming faxes to you as a .pdf file, allowing you to view, print, save, or forward faxes. Personal Greeting Record your own personal greeting to welcome any incoming caller. Simultaneous Calls Accepts multiple simultaneous calls, without giving any caller a busy signal. Every call gets routed to an individual extension, or to a voice mailbox. Pass Code Protection Protect every voicemail box with a secure pass code that can be changed at any time by logging into your secure voicemail account. Store 100 Voice Messages Store up to 100 unique voicemail messages in your voice mailbox at any one time. Store 100 Faxes Receive and store up to 100 unique faxes at any one time. Cell Phone Text Message Notification Notifies you instantly that a voicemail message is waiting for you by sending a text message to your cell phone.

Web Administration Administer your user settings from any web connection, using a secure web interface. Allows you to make changes to voicemail, fax mail, or the auto-attendant (including individual extensions). Call Reports View call details in "real time" using the web interface, or receive automated reports via email. Cardless Calling Card Return phone calls from within voicemail by simply pressing a button. Find-Me, Follow-Me / Call Transfer Routes your incoming calls from one phone to the next (such as from office phone to cell phone to home phone), seeking a live caller to answer. Music On Hold / Transfer Plays professional music while callers are being transferred. Call Screening / Call Announce Gives incoming callers the opportunity to announce their name, and allows call recipient to screen their calls. Call Accept / Reject Allows you to hear the extension number from which the call originated, so that you can accept or reject the call-and send it to voice mail. After-Hours Greeting Plays a different greeting after standard work hours to incoming callers, then routes the call to the appropriate extension.
