Having a large sales force that is working in the field, the company needed an efficient method of getting management messages to the entire force.

Solution we developed for them

AccessDirect has a management tool called “group messaging”. Our hosted PBX services allow management to log into their voice mailbox, from any phone, and record and send messages to groups. Once the message is sent to the distribution list, each voice mailbox would generate an email to the mailbox owner. So the sales rep in the field can instantly get the email and play the .wav file attachment of the boss’s message. Easier than text messages and listening to audio gives the advantage of hearing the voice inflection. The boss can give a pep talk to the entire sales force without leaving his office!
