This gatekeeper will professionally answer your phone calls and request the caller press a key to be connected. If no key is pressed, the call will be disconnected.
Keypress to Connect
When calls come through, you may need an option to accept the call or send it directly to voicemail. Our keypress to connect feature plays a brief customizable greeting when you answer the call (for example, “You have an incoming business call; press any key to accept.”). If you press a key, you will be connected to the caller. If you press nothing or hang up, the caller will be routed to voicemail. The caller can then leave you a message which will be emailed to you as a sound file along with a computer-generated transcript.
Block Phone Numbers
