Virtual Phone Number aids Natural Disaster Relief of Hurricane Irene

Challenge: A customer called because he wanted a virtual phone number that his company could use during any sort of emergency or disaster.  It was very important that they had a reliable number because their entire business consisted of locating and moving equipment to places that have been hit with tragedy.  They were in need of a service to use when their company would be deployed in response to a natural disaster such as a hurricane or winter storm.  Basically, the company needed a ‘Disaster Recovery Line’ to use for their ‘Disaster Recovery’ business.
