Challenge: A Hawaiian company needed to establish a phone number in California immediately because they were expanding their business to the mainland.  They had a certain jewelry that was beginning to become popular in Los Angeles and their website was flooded with questions about where people could buy the jewelry.  They decided to open a Los Angeles store in the future, but in the interim they wanted to appear as though they had a California office.  They called AccessDirect to see if they could get a phone number that would somehow ring their office number in Hawaii and make it look like they had a Los Angeles local number.
