Challenge: A lady with a seasonal ski business called and said that she was tired of paying her phone company year round to keep a phone number she only used for four or five months. She said she normally forwarded the calls to her cell phone except during ski season when she was in the office more often. However, even during ski season she was often on the go. She was also frustrated because she often forgot to forward calls and she was losing business. She wanted a professional greeting for her ski business and she wanted to be able to just pay for sporadic calls during the off season.
