AccessDirect is a third-party voicemail and IVR solution that has provided service for American Family agents for over a decade. While this service has been sponsored by American Family since 2008, beginning in April 2020, American Family will transition the cost of the AccessDirect solution from a monthly direct bill to American Family to an agency direct bill for those agents who use the service. If you choose to stay on AccessDirect you will need to setup direct billing with us prior to March 15, 2020 for April 2020 service. To ease the transition American Family will continue to pay for AccessDirect service through March 2020.

How to transition to direct bill with Access Direct
To keep your service active with AccessDirect and setup a billing account with us your first bill would be on March 20, 2020 for April service. The cost of the AccessDirect service is a flat $25 per month with no added fees or overages.
