Does the mobile app cost extra?
No. The app is free to download and included with every AccessDirect plan, from Unified Voicemail all the way up to Team. Calls you make in the app simply use your plan's included minutes.
Will customers see my personal cell number?
No. When you call from the app, customers see your business number on caller ID. If you have more than one business number, you can choose which one shows up before you dial.
Which phones does it work on?
The app is available for iPhone on the Apple App Store and for Android phones on Google Play. It works on tablets too, anywhere you have Wi-Fi or a cell data connection.
Can I send text messages from the app?
Yes, on plans with business texting (Solo Operator and Team). You can text customers from your business number in the app, or from your desktop browser when you'd rather type on a keyboard. Learn more about business texting.
Do I need to be tech savvy to set it up?
Not at all. We set up your phone system for you, then you download the app and sign in. If you get stuck, call us at 913-599-6500 and we'll walk you through it.
