Is there a trial?
Yes. You can try any plan for 14 days for just $1. That dollar gets you the full service: your number, your greetings, your menus, all of it. If it's not for you, cancel during the trial and that's that.
I'm not very techy. Will this be hard to use?
Not at all. We set everything up for you, and most of our customers never touch a setting. Calls ring the phone you already use, and messages show up as texts or emails. If you can read a text, you're all set.
Can I use my own cell phone?
Yes. Your business number can ring your cell, your shop or office phone, or both. Customers only ever see your business number, so your personal number stays private.
Can work calls stop at night and on weekends?
Yes. Tell us your hours and we'll set a schedule. After hours, callers hear a "we're closed" greeting and can leave a message. You read it in the morning, and your evenings stay yours.
Can I keep my current business number?
Yes. We can transfer your existing number over to AccessDirect, and we'll walk you through it. Your customers keep dialing the same number they always have.
What happens when my business grows?
You can move up a plan anytime. Going from Solo Operator to Team adds more users, extensions, and a full phone menu. Call us and we'll handle the switch. Your number stays the same.
Can you record my greetings in Spanish?
Yes. We can record your greetings and phone menu in English and Spanish, and we'll help you write the script for both.
