We then programmed options allowing callers to repeat a listing’s information, allow them to return to the properties available in a specific state, return to the system’s main menu, or leave a voicemail for the agent. Messages left for the agent are converted immediately and emailed to him as an MP3 file along with a computer-generated transcript, allowing him to respond quickly to potential buyers.The agent also loved the free professionally recorded greetings we offer at no additional charge, sending us scripts for each of his listings. Needing an option to update greetings himself when necessary (immediately after a property become available or was sold to a buyer, for example) he also wanted a way to create recordings himself and then have an AccessDirect recording artist re-record those later.
